Visual analysis of landscape is made to determine the relative value of an area or element or an optic perspective. Visibility determines the grade of what is seen and what is perceived in landscape and it depends on the combination of different quasi-panoptic factors:
observation points, distance, seasonal variations and number of potential observers. The number of areas being perceived by a greater number of observers, will have greater relevance.
Refunded text of the EEnvironmental Impact Assessment, law is approved by RD 1/2008 January 11th. This RD is related with the minimum data that in the autonomic law should develop in its territory.
In Environmental Impact Assessment studies is predicted and it valued the magnitude and importance of effects that new activities o restyling of the old ones might result in landscape character and its perception, defining strategies to avoid impacts or relieve possible negative effects.
Perceptual environment is a subsystem formed by Landscape Units, watersheds, valleys and views.
